For every person in the city, there is a pigeon. The Private Lives of Pigeons is an ongoing series of urban vignettes: short sketches of characters living, growing, and dying in the metropolis. The aim of this project is to create a dynamic encyclopedia of New York City’s residents. You may recognize some of these personalities, others, you may be encountering for the first time. One day, you may even find yourself the subject of coop chatter.
